AMPENAN, Indonesia -- Most of my time in Lombok, I stayed at a small losmen (hotel) in downtown Ampenan called the Hotel Zahir. It was a wonderful place, and if I ever get back I hope I find my friend Jin still working there. This is one of several scenes from near the losmen.
